Our team brings together creative directors, producers, cinematographers, editors, and post-production specialists who share one goal: to tell unforgettable stories. Each member contributes a unique perspective and technical expertise, allowing us to craft films that are both visually stunning and deeply impactful.
From concept to final cut, we work seamlessly as a unit, combining artistry with precision. It’s this collective passion and dedication that ensures every project reflects not only our clients’ vision but also the high standard of storytelling that defines Clear Motion Films.

Rahim Handy

Based in Dallas, TX
Rahim Handy is the founder and creative force behind Clear Motion Films. He is best known for directing The Dream Chaser, a documentary on rapper Lil Snupe that features more than 50 interviews with leading figures in hip-hop, as well as the artist’s family and close friends.
Before launching his career in film, Rahim studied at Berklee College of Music, where he specialized in Avid Pro Tools, mixing, and mastering. As an audio engineer, he worked at Savage Studios in Dallas and Madd Bass Recordings in East Orange, New Jersey, recording and mixing albums for a wide range of artists. His creative journey began in 2006, when he filmed music videos for Runt Dawg of Redman’s crew and documented tour dates for the multi-platinum group Naughty by Nature.
In 2010, Rahim founded Still A Savage Media Group, which evolved into Clear Motion Films. Since then, he has produced and directed more than 500 music videos, commercials, and branded stories for clients that include Future, Potter’s House Church in Dallas, and numerous community organizations. He studied film at the University of Texas at Arlington under award-winning director Norry Niven, and he received Addy Awards for a campaign of commercials produced for the Sierra Club to raise awareness about global warming.
Rahim is currently producing and directing multiple documentary films under Clear Motion Films. His work has been recognized with honors such as the “Best Visual Producer” award from Afterparty Radio in 2017. He has also contributed to national platforms, including media production for the BET Hip Hop Awards and the U.S. military Yellow Ribbon Program, where he managed live shows across the country.
Today, Rahim is expanding Clear Motion Films with offices in Dallas and Atlanta. His focus remains on telling powerful, cinematic stories that move audiences and create lasting impact.

Dominic Fondon
Based in Atlanta, GA
Dominic began his career in Dallas in 2011, filming music videos for local artists and documenting the work of multi-platinum recording artist Percy “Master P” Miller as well as community activist Bruce Carter’s organization, The Next Top CEO. His early projects built a strong foundation in storytelling and a reputation for capturing authentic, powerful visuals.
Today, Dominic is widely recognized for his work on The Dream Chaser, a documentary that includes more than 50 interviews with top figures in the hip-hop industry, along with the family and close friends of the late rap star Lil Snupe.
In 2011, he founded his first production company, Iconix MVP, which later evolved into Clear Motion Films. Since then, Dominic has directed hundreds of music videos and promotional campaigns for celebrities, organizations, and community leaders, with clients ranging from rapper Lil Baby to Potter’s House Church in Dallas.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Dominic brings a unique perspective to every project. He works closely with clients to fully understand their vision and deliver final products that exceed expectations. Whether producing a business commercial, a wedding film, or a documentary, Dominic is committed to creating cinematic work that inspires and connects with audiences.
